Things we’d like to know during our first phone call.
WIFI Info, Loading / Unloading Zones, Parking, SET UP TIME, Set Up Location, Venue Requirements (Insurance, etc), Breakdown requirements.
This phone call is ideally set up 2 weeks prior to your event. This call will include going over all final Approved designs. This call will also be intended to go over the final invoices or dues, with any last minute questions or changes.IT'S HERE!
