Receive Your Quote: Based on your event details, we’ll provide a customized quote tailored to your needs.
Secure Your Date: To reserve your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable 33% retainer are required. The retainer will be applied toward your final balance.
Design Consultation: Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll arrange a 15-30 minute design call to go over your event details, including your custom design, venue setup, and any special requests to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
Final Call & Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before the event, which also activates our insurance coverage. During this final call, we’ll go over any last-minute details to ensure everything is set for a smooth and seamless experience.
